Spring Down Equestrian Center is a full service facility located on six acres in beautiful Portola Valley, California, midway between San Francisco and San Jose, with thirty-three box stalls in the main barn and twenty two outside box stalls with spacious attached paddocks. The facility faces green hills, trees and vast open spaces and access to miles of trails around Portola Valley and through Windy Hill.

There are two arenas:

Lighted 75x150 covered arena with mirrors on one wall
110x220 outdoor jumping arena with special all weather, dustless footing. This is a brand new arena and drainage is excellent. We are riding on this footing the day after a huge storm. There is no other riding facility with this type of arena. Learn more...

*All stalls at Spring Down have the new stable comfort flooring, the ultimate in horse and stall comfort. This is the patented multi-cell mattress filled flooring with rubber crumbs which are extremely therapeutic for your horse as well as being non slip and water proof for safety.
