Girl Scouts of America Horse Rider Badge
Spring Down Equestrian Center is officially approved by the Girl Scouts of the San Francisco Bay Area. We invite your troop to visit our barn to learn and experience the world of horses! The ‘Horse Rider’ and ‘Horse Fan’ Badge requirements are covered with hands on experience with our well trained, gentle horses for the experienced Scout or for the first timer! The actual badge will not be given to you at Spring Down - you must provide your troop with your completed requirements for the badge, and your Girl Scout organization will then provide the badge.
We offer a special craft option of making a magnetic horse frame and taking a picture with your troop or individual pictures with your favorite horse for an additional $5 per person. The Horse Rider program lasts 1.5 hours and an additional 1/2 hour for the Horse Fan program.
Book your troop’s event soon! It is a popular event!
